     Howard L. Ross designs and donates web sites and technical expertise to non-profit organizations throughout Louisiana and the United States.
     A social psychologist by training and Executive Director of the North Louisiana Jewish Federation by profession, he enjoys working with technology and donating his skills and expertise to non-profit organizations and disadvantaged youth. Howard has given away over 1100 refurbished computers to disadvantaged children.
    Howard earned Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the Pennsylvania State University ("before computers were invented"), and pursued graduate studies at Rutgers University and doctoral studies at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
    He is the proud father of a son, on staff at Southern Methodist University, and a daughter, a lawyer who specializes in education law, and grandfather of two granddaughters. His wife of 35 years, Beverly, teaches French and Spanish.
