Bill Fabris

     Bill Fabris (Stage Director) recently directed Carousel and My Fair Lady for Shreveport Opera. A regular at Chautauqua Opera, he has directed H.M.S. Pinafore, The Barber of Seville, The Mikado and The Gondoliers. New York credits: The Desert Song, Boy Meets Boy, Countess Maritza and recently acclaimed City Center productions of The Pirates of Penzance & H.M.S. Pinafore.
      Fabris’s work regularly appears throughout the U.S.: The Merry Widow, Tender Land & Rigoletto (Mobile Opera); Candide (Opera Boston); Der fliegende Hollander, Carmen & Pagliacci (OperaDeleware); The Threepenny Opera (Opera Columbus); H.M.S. Pinafore (Anchorage Opera); Kiss Me, Kate (Ash Lawn-Highland, VA) and La Cenerentola (Lyric Opera of San Antonio, TX). International: A Little Sondheim Music and The Music of Leonard Bernstein (Gran Teatre del Liceu); European tours of Jesus Christ Superstar and Hair. He also choreographed the award-winning Boot Camp, featured at Sundance.
